Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat the chicken, fish or tofu with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine and place it skin side down on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to cover it.
In a bowl mix the scallions, bell pepper, finger peppers, parsley, and oregano. Stir in the lemon or lime juice and honey mustard.
Divide into four equal portions, and sprinkle one portion over each piece and cover with bread crumbs and paprika.
Seal the aluminum foil and place in a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Open the foil and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Do not overcook.
