Lemon Okra

Serves 4

What you’ll need:


Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Add garlic and cook briefly on low heat. Turn heat to medium and cook okra briefly on both sides. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste. Cover and steam until tender. Serve over white or brown rice.
