Slice pears into a 2-quart saucepan. Add persimmons, cut into wedges, and grapes cut into halves with seeds removed. Pour lemon juice and honey over fruit and simmer briefly on low, stirring to prevent sticking. Do not overcook – the pears should retain their texture.
Add a little water if necessary.
